Green Prospects Asia shortlisted as finalist in the Asian Environmental Journalism Awards 2012

Living case update:

Green Prospects Asia has been shortlisted as one of the finalists for the Toyota Excellence in Environmental Reporting by a Media Organisation award, one of three categories under the Asian Environmental Journalism Awards 2012 organised by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC).

The other five organisations are Asian Geographic Magazines Pte Ltd, Eco WALK the Talk, Eco-Business.com, Singapore Press Holdings and Agence France Presse.

With its aim to recognise and reward excellence in environmental journalism at all levels, the SEC’s inaugural awards highlight exceptional journalistic work of citizen journalists, outstanding professional journalists and environmental attitudes of overall media organisations.

SEC also received 12 applications for the Coca-Cola Environmental Story of the Year category and 13 applications for the CDL Environmental Journalist of the Year category.
Six applications in each category were shortlisted as finalists. They are:
